Design Policy

Some designs are Licence Items. We do not accept the licenced item order without Contract Agreement or Sample Request with/from Licence Owner.

Some items are registered in order to be protected under industrial design law by our customer and our customer has an exclusive right against unauthorized copying or imitation of the design by third parties. Many designs in our web-site are may also be protected as a work of art under USA copyright law.  We do not sell our customer reserved items to the other customer. If somebody copy, it will be raised the legal problems.

We always welcome Custom Designs. Also we have a excellent reputation about new development in Custom Designs. It will take only 2-3days.
